Description: RACI (Responsible Accountable Consulted Informed) charts are useful to identify connections between tasks and people on a project and reduce confusion on what is expected and when to communicate. We will define, develop, and discuss how RACI charts benefit team members as both an assignment and communication tool. During this session, we will walk through the components of a RACI chart and with a group session you will get hands-on experience building your own RACI chart.
