The Midwest Roybal Center for Health Promotion and Translation takes great pride in announcing the availability of doctoral pilot funding. Applications for doctoral pilot funds are due Monday, September 11, 2017.
The Center can use $12,500 to fund 1-2 projects by doctoral candidates studying health promotion (exercise, diet, substance abuse, sleep, stress, health screenings), factors that enhance motivation for behavior change, and factors that promote the translation of evidenced based programs into activities that are sustainable at the community level. Studies must focus on older adult participants (50+).
