Principal Investigator, "Kinship Care in the United States," a survey and content analysis of the legislative, administrative, and case law defining policies related to foster care provided by relatives of abused and neglected children and subsidized by Child Welfare agencies in the 50 states, funded by the University of Illinois at Chicago Campus Research Board, $7,997, July 1, 1992 through June 30, 1993.

Principal Investigator, "The Residential Expansion Study," funded by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, $25,263, July 1, 1990 through November 30, 1990. Child welfare agencies in Illinois were surveyed to determine their interest and capacity in expanding residential treatment services to youth.
