Applicants must request that an official score report be sent to their homes, Once received, a copy of that report must be sent to the College of Social Work to complete their files. The deadline to submit the Basic Skills Scores ONLY has been extended to March 15th.

- UIC Online Application - Domestic | International (Must Submit) - Please submit before midnight Wednesday, February 15th . This application must also meet the deadlines listed below.
Application Submission Period And Responsibility
The application submission period is either October 1 to January 31 or October 1 to February 15, depending upon which program option you select and/or whether you are an international or domestic applicant:

Important Notes:
| Note #1: | All applications should be complete at the time of submission. That is, all requested information should be submitted together at the same time.

| Note #2: | Incomplete applications will not be reviewed until they are made complete. The date by which applications should be made complete is the same as the application deadline. |
| Note #3: | All missing admission materials should be sent to the Jane Addams College of Social Work, not to the UIC Office of Admissions and Records. The College’s contact information is the following: |

Program Options
All applicants must select the program option to which they are applying (Advanced Standing, Full-Time, PM/Extended Study, or Transfer). In additional, Advanced Standing and Transfer applicants must select their first and second choices of concentrations (Child and Family, Community Health and Urban Development, Mental Health, or School Social Work).
Any applicant who has obtained an undergraduate degree (BSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program with the last six years is required to apply to the Advanced Standing Option. If an applicant is eligible for the Advanced Standing Option applies to the Full-Time or PM/Extended Study Option, her or she will automatically be considered only for the Advanced Standing Option.
