ADMISSION
The museum does not charge admission for individuals or groups. We do encourage donations. Our suggested donation is $5 per person, but no one will be turned away.

The Jane Addams Hull-House Museum is located on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago, 800 S. Halsted Street, Chicago. It is easily reached by public transportation using the UIC Halsted stop on the Blue Line or the Halsted Bus (#8), or via the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290) and the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90). Parking is available at Halsted and Taylor Street garage.
PARKING
Parking is available at Halsted and Taylor Street garage across the street for $3.50 for up to 30 min. to $12.25 for all day, depending upon day of the week, time of day, and length of stay. Visit the UIC Parking Services website for more details.
Accessibility
Both buildings of the museum, the Hull Home and the Residents' Dining Hall, are wheelchair accessible, although access to the Hull Home is somewhat circuitous. You may wish to phone ahead (312.413.5353) and alert the tour guides to expect someone in a wheelchair.

Gift Shop
The gift shop is located in the Residents’ Dining Hall. Selected books, postcards, and other items are available for purchase by personal check or cash. Sorry--no phone, mail, email, or credit card orders are accepted at this time.
Museum Regulations
Many of the furnishings in the museum are original, and visitors are requested to refrain from touching any of the objects.
Food and beverages are not permitted inside the museum.
Photography is permitted within the museum without the use of a flash.
