Get A Library Card
Join the Jane Addams Hull-House Seed Library! Stop by in the Gift Shop located above the Dining Hall and fill out a card application to receive your very own Seed Library Card. Once filled out, you will have access to the seeds, reference guides and urban gardening workshops.
How the Library Works
The Seed Library is similar to the conventional library. Instead of checking out books, seed library users can check out regionally adapted seeds and grow their own fruits, vegetables, herbs, and/or ornamental flowers. At the end of the season, we ask users to save the seeds and return it to the library.
