Directions
The Jane Addams Hull-House Museum is located on the campus of
the University of Illinois at Chicago, 800 S. Halsted Street, Chicago.
It is easily reached by public transportation, the Eisenhower Expressway
(I-290) and the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90). Parking is available
at Halsted and Taylor Street garage.

Parking
Parking
is available in the UIC parking garage across the street for $2.75 (30 min.) to $11.00 (all day), depending upon
day of the week, time of day, and length of stay.
Accessibility
Both buildings of the museum the Hull Mansion and the Residents'
Dining Hall are wheelchair accessible, although access to the Hull
Mansion is somewhat circuitous. You may wish to phone ahead (312-413-5355)
and alert the tour guides to expect someone in a wheelchair.

Food
For the protection of the artifacts and buildings, food is not allowed
in the museum buildings. Food may be purchased and eaten in UIC Student Center East, directly behind the museum, or at numerous neighborhood
restaurants and coffee shops along Halsted Street and Taylor Street.
