Hua Yun Chen is an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics in the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He received his Ph.D. in Biostatistics from The University of Michigan in 1998.

Hua Yun's main expertise is in the development and use of advanced statistical methods for analyzing incomplete data. He is also interested in developing statistical methods for biased samples and correlated data.
