Software

All GCRC computers (Winstation) are connected to the Univesity of Illinois at Chicago Hospital (UIH) domain, D2UICMED by Token Ring cards. D2UICMED will give approved GCRC personnel access to the UIH pharmacy, UIH laboratory, and Gemini, an electronic ordering system. Physicians and nursing staff involved in patient care in the GCRC will use the Gemini system for adminssion and discharge of all GCRC patients.
