Dr. Fantuzzi completed her undergraduate work
in Biology and PhD in Experimental Endocrinology at the University of
Milano, Italy. She also obtained a Masters in Neuroimmunology from the
Mario Negri Institute in Milano, Italy.
Dr. Fantuzzi teaches pathophysiology in the
undergraduate nutrition program and participates in teaching various
courses at the graduate level, both in the College of Applied Health
Sciences and the College of Medicine

in Environmental Science at New College of Florida, and obtained a
Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois
at Chicago. Davina is also a Registered Dietitian licensed in the
state of Illinois.
