PROJECT
Currently, I am working on the Bacillus anthracis Menaquinone Biosynthetic Enzymes MenE and MenB. Through the processes of cloning, expression, purification, high-throughput screening and x-ray structure-based drug design, we are trying to find inhibitors for those essential enzymes as the leading compounds for potential anti-anthracis drugs.
