General Lab Space Our main laboratory space consits of standard modules in the Molecular Biology Research Building (MBRB). Each module has approximately 565 square feet of space. This space houses personal bench space was well as common equipment for chromotography and basic sample preparation. Liquid Chromotography Agilent 1100 series analytical HPLC with a quartenary pump, UV/vis diode array detector, autosampler, and analytical fraction collector Waters 600E series HPLC with quartenary pump, dual wavelength detector, and analytical and semi-preparative injectors Waters HPLC with dual pumps and a photo diode array detector Hitachi HPLC with trinary pump and single wavelength detector Sample Preparation A Thermo-Savant SpeedVac system with a SC250EXP concentrator, RVT4104 vapor trap, and OFP400 vacuum pump. Two rotovap setups with two rotovaps each, a diaphram vacuum pump, and a water chiller. One rotovap with diaphram vacuum pump and immersion cooler.
