Undergraduate Research Assistant

I like to welcome and encourage you to consider my laboratory for your senior thesis, honor’s activity, or just for gaining research experience. No particular prior research experience is required; your dedication (show up at the said time every week) is all it takes. You will have a chance to perform actual bench research in the lab.  Literature projects are also occasionally available.    If your sole intention is to get a good recommendation letter for a professional school, you’ve come to a wrong place. I can tell you now that it will be a waste of your time and mine.  Although there is a good track record for undergraduate “alumni” of this lab to be accepted by professional schools, these students worked hard in the lab and elsewhere, and earned their strong support from the lab. 

*   Students will have to sign in for BPS 380 or BPS 390. 

 

*   Work study opportunity may become available from time to time.  Please contact me with your resume.
