Unwrapping Chocolate: History and Culture
The Humanities Laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago
is offering a graduate/upper-level undergraduate
credit course, LAS 494 Unwrapping Chocolate: History and Culture.
This course is open to students from colleges and universities
in the Chicago area and others interested in further study as well
as current UIC students. Course work includes attendance at
all Field Museum lectures, participation in regularly
scheduled discussion sections and film discussion
sessions, and a writing project.
All class meetings are held on the museum campus.
The first session begins on Tuesday, February 12, 2002.
