CONGRATULATIONS Summer 2008, Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Graduates!

Diplomas

Diplomas will be mailed to Spring 2009 graduates 3 to 4 months after graduation. Name and/or address changes must be made in writing to the Office of Records and Registration to ensure receipt of your diploma. If you have any questions regarding your diploma, please contact the Office of Records and Registration at (312) 996-4381.

Diploma Covers

Students who did not attend the Commencement Ceremony, but still would like to receive a diploma cover can visit the following website: http://www.uiaa.org/chicago/. You will need to fill out a survey regarding your experience at UIC in exchange for a diploma cover from the UIAA (University of Illinois Alumni Association).  After completing the survey, you can pick up a cover from the UIAA (University of Illinois Alumni Association) office in Student Center East, Suite 520.

Honor Cords

Students who did not attend the Commencement Ceremony or the Honors Convocation and received magna cum laude, summa cum laude, and cum laude and would like to have their honors cord, may go to the UIAA (University of Illinois Alumni Association) office in Student Center East (Suite 520) to pick it up.

Photographs

Photos from the ceremony will be available for purchase from the Gradtrak Graduation Images at http://www.gradtrak.com/GradTrak/. A copy of the proofs will be mailed to the address you entered on the Attendance Reservation Form. Photos will be available for purchase for 18 months.

Videos

DVDs of Commencement may be purchased from UIC.  The order form can be found on the following website: http://www.vcsa.uic.edu/MainSite/departments/commencement/home/video.htm
