Participating faculty fall into one of three groups:
Obtain your academic attire, if needed, from the faculty robing area on the lower concourse of the Pavilion. Enter through Gate 2, located at the far right of the main doors.
Sign in and assemble in the Pavilion Parking Structure at 1100 West Harrison Street. A check-in table will be set up to direct you.
By 9:15 a.m. be in position according to Department placards located in the Pavilion Parking Garage.
Obtain your academic attire, if needed, from the faculty robing area on the lower concourse of the Pavilion. Enter through Gate 2, located at the far right of the main doors.
By 9:30 a.m. locate your candidates in the Pavilion Parking Structure. There will be a designated area for candidates for doctoral degrees. For the processional, you should walk on the right side of your candidate. March in and sit with the candidates, and be prepared to hood them at the appropriate time during the ceremony. Marshals and staff will guide you.
Enter through Gate 2, located at the far right of the main doors by 9:30 a.m., and obtain your academic attire, if needed, from the faculty robing area on the lower concourse of the Pavilion.
By 9:40 form a double line behind the Platform Party of campus and college officials. Marshals and staff will guide you.
Recipients of the Silver Circle Awards will process immediately behind the executive officers.
