Registration

Registration procedures are explained in the Schedule of Classes that is published on-line each term. The Office of Admissions and Records assigns each student a registration date and time to enroll for the next term's courses. The specific date and time are determined by the individual's class standing and his or her total hours, with seniors having first priority, followed by juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. The OAR site provides on-line registration information, enrollment processing, and unofficial transcript access. It is also a good place to seek answers to questions about your schedule or grade changes.

The early enrollment period for the Spring Semester extends from the 12th through the 15th weeks of the Fall Semester; the early enrollment period for the Summer Session and Fall Semester extends from the 12th through the 15th weeks of the Spring Semester. Enrollment in the Summer Session is optional. During the Fall and Spring Semesters, an open enrollment period is also available during the final examination week (week 16).

We highly recommend that you enroll on your assigned date for maximum flexibility in scheduling the courses you need at the times you prefer. Class availability becomes more limited as the enrollment period progresses and registering after your assigned day and time may limit your course and time selections.

The Schedule of Classes is available on-line during the 11th week of the Fall and Spring Semesters.
