Law-related classes taught: Teaches a small section on Immigration and citizenship law in Germany in her minority literature courses.

Law-related publications: Her Fall 2006 essay for Shofar also reads Germans’ production and reception of “Kanak-Comedy” (a genre that features stereotypical portrayals of Turkish-Germans) as a reaction to citizenship law reform and the recent institution of Germany’s first immigration policy.
