Call for Applications - Ohlson, Onoda, & McElmurry Student Scholarship Awards
The purpose of the Virginia M. Ohlson, Chieko Onoda, and Beverly J. McElmurry Scholarship Awards is to encourage qualified graduate students in nursing to contribute to the advancement of primary health care (PHC) and global/international health. Selection criteria for each scholarship are found in the application forms and the completed forms are due March 29th to the Global Health Leadership Office in 1154 NURS.

UIC College of Nursing has been selected as one of five US schools of nursing to participate in the Human Resources for Health Rwanda program of the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI).

Alumni Day 2013 - Register now!
The 2nd Annual College of Nursing Alumni Day is set for Saturday, April 20, 2013. This is a celebration for all College of Nursing alumni - your chance to catch-up, renew old friendships, and share memories.

This year we will be honoring the BSN, MS and PhD alumni of 1968 and 1988 and all graduates from years ending in "3" or "8". Not a milestone year? Come anyway - all alumni and faculty are welcome!

New this year: CE Program on Emotional Intelligence (1 hour of CE Credit) and Alumni Day Awards.
