We see leadership as not about position or power but about a ‘frame of mind’ and ‘way of behaving’ - no matter one’s professional position. You will ‘sharpen your leadership skills’- with your choice of being based in Chicago, Peoria, Quad Cities, Rockford or Urbana – or if you are an RN, attaining your BSN through the University of Illinois Global Campus, virtually.
