Alumni Day Award In Research

Description

Established in 2013 this award recognizes an alumna/us who demonstrates scientific excellence, whose career embodies the professional call to advance nursing knowledge, and who is currently conducting nursing research. This award will be presented at the annual Alumni Day celebration (this year on Saturday, April 20, 2013, 10:00 am-3:00 pm at the College of Nursing in Chicago).

Selection Criteria

• Must be nominated by College of Nursing faculty, staff, alumni, self, or other nursing professional.
• Demonstrates outstanding scientific expertise, leadership and achievement through her/his program of research.
• Advances nursing knowledge through scholarly contributions to the literature from her/his program of research.
