About Us

The College of Nursing Alumni Relations office is your liaison between fellow alumni and the College of Nursing. Whether you attended classes at one of the regional sites or in Chicago, we can help you reconnect, and more importantly give you leads on how to further pursue your professional and educational goals.

How do I get an email for life?
NEW! The Alumni Association offers to members a free, lifetime Web-based e-mail to use now and/or after your student account expires a few months after graduation. Sign up for your account today!

How do I get a copy of my transcripts?
Transcripts can be requested from the UIC Office of Admissions and Records online, in person, or in writing for a small fee.

How do I get a copy of my diploma?
The University does not have copies of your diploma, but a diploma can be re-issued. The re-issued diploma will have the current administration signatures and costs $25. Please note, a diploma cannot be issued with name changes. For more information, call (312) 996-4350.

How do I join the CON alumni association?
The College of Nursing Alumni Association is a sub-group of the University of Illinois Alumni Association. Your membership in one group automatically joins you with the other. Read about the benefits of membership or join today!

Who do I contact if I need a letter saying I’ve completed one of the college’s programs?
Contact the CON Office of Academic Programs if you need verification of program completion.

How do I find a lost friend or contact a classmate?
Lost track of a friend or roommate? There are two options for finding a lost classmate. If you are a dues-paying member of the alumni association, use the online directory to search for your friend; or, track him or her down with our Find-a-Friend program. Just enclose a stamped card or letter addressed to your "lost" friend in an envelope to the address below. We'll readdress it and mail it for you.

Let us know the full name and degree year of the friend for whom you are looking. We can then check to make sure we have a current mailing address for your friend. When we look up the name, we'll get back to you letting you know that we’ve found your friend.
