Master's project: Male Nurse Practitioners and Career Choices: A Qualitative Study

DNP synthesis project: (in process) Primary Health and Mental Health Integration

Teaching / Learning
Graduate courses including Comprehensive Health Assessment for Advanced Practice Nursing, Issues of Advance Practice in Nursing and the FNP management courses. Expanded the FNP program to the Quad Cities in 1992.

Service / Practice
Active membership in the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing and the Quad City Area APN/PA Alliance. Clinical practice is at Community Health Care, Inc. Davenport Iowa.

Personal
Native of Chicago, completed the UIC FNP program in 1988. Currently lives in Moline with his wife and 2 children. Interests include running, bicycling, photography and astronomy.
