Research / Discovery
Dr. Baldwin's major research focuses on delivery of rural health services and services to persons with HIV infection.

Teaching / Learning
Dr. Baldwin teaches at the Peoria site and is adjunct faculty in the School of Public Health. Her areas of expertise include community assessment and program evaluation.
