Research / Discovery
Ms. Sislow's passions are nursing leadership and administration for excellence in patient care. She also supports wellness and stress management in patient care, having an extensive clinical background in Rehabilitation Nursing and Wellness promotion.

Teaching / Learning
Ms. Sislow coordinates the Internship in Advanced Nursing for the graduate administative and public health tracks in the department. She has experience teaching with the baccalaureate leadership course and on-line classes in the RN-BSN program.

Service / Practice
Currently retired from active patient care and administration, Ms.Sislow has experience in acute care, long term care, home health nursing, rehabilitation settings,administrative roles and education. She has provided formal nursing education, continuing education and patient education throughout her career. Serving as chief nursing officer for the last five years of her clinical practice was the completion of a professional goal set early in her 35 year career. Working with people is the most important aspect of her professional life.

Ms. Sislow enjoys running, yoga, gardening, reading, friends and family.
