Research / Discovery
Dr. Stogis's research interest include Health Policy, Management and Leadership Development, and Quality and Safety Methodologies and Applications, particularly as they can be applied to nursing staff and leaders.

Teaching / Learning
Dr. Stogis teaches several courses for both the ASN and DNP programs, including Nursing Systems and Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Strategy and Financial Planning for Clinical Programs, and A Systems Approach to Quality and Safety.

Service / Practice
Dr. Stogis has primarily focused on assisting leaders in hospitals and social service agencies in developing successful strategies focused on the goal of building, managing, and sustaining financially sound and operationally outstanding organizations and systems.

Personal
Sheryl lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and spends a lot of time commuting back and forth to Ann Arbor Michigan , where her husband works.
