Eligibility

• Participants must be US citizens, non-citizen nationals or lawfully permanent residents.
• Emphasis is on recruiting persons from racial or ethnic groups under-represented in nursing research profession (i.e., African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Alaskan Americans or Pacific Islanders).
• Documentation of eligibility must be provided at the time of formal application.
