In addition to the degree granting programs, the College of Nursing offers Special Studies programs for Nurse Scholars from outside the United States who desire advanced study, but for various reasons may not wish to earn a degree. These programs can include non-degree for academic credit and noncredit activities designed to meet specific requests for study and observation at the College of Nursing . A faculty advisor assists in planning a special program of study in the selected areas to meet individual goals.
