Credentials Evaluations

The UIC CON application instructions require that all transcripts and documents from all post-secondary schools be translated into English. Additionally, you must request, 1) the Full Education Course- by-Course Report, and 2) the Validation of Registration/License prepared by the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS).

Be sure to follow the CGFNS instructions carefully. The credential evaluation process may require 4-6 weeks. Plan to submit your credentials well in advance of the published deadlines. Please note: reports from foreign credential evaluation services will not be accepted.
