UIC Office of Admissions and Records

The Office of Admissions and Records processes all requests for Visas that enable students to come to the U.S. for study. The applicant must furnish the Documentation of Financial support which will be available during the period of study. Applicants requiring an F-1 or J-1 Visa must apply as full-time, degree-seeking students. Applicants admitted to UIC will receive written notification and an official document (I-20 or IAP-66) to be presented when requesting their Visa to enter the U.S.
