Capacity Building and Collaboration

Corps Members expand the capacity of agencies and communities, as well as their own individual gifts and capacities. As a result, Members often have the opportunity to explore and subsequently intervene to reduce barriers to accessing health care.

Throughout their Term of Service, Corps Member partnerships provide a rich diversity of experience and have the opportunity to get to know and work closely with people from very different backgrounds, different life and educational experiences, cultures, ages and ethnicities.
