The World Health Organization has just published a Compendium of Primary Care Case Studies (2009). The compendium highlights exemplars of primary care models that are "both interesting and illuminating."

Program (“GEP”) enables a student with a baccalaureate degree in
another field to pursue nursing qualifications through to a master’s
