Service
We provide primary and mental health care for clients (members)
of Thresholds, who live in our Chicago communities with the added burden
of severe mental illness. Our service is a faculty practice enterprise
of the College of Nursing, University of Illinois at Chicago, in collaboration
with Thresholds Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centers.
