 Thresholds
South Serving the South side, an Integrated Health Care Center is located in the Thresholds South Building at 749 West 47th Street. On the North Side is an IHC Center, and it's located in the Lauren Juhl Thresholds Young Adult Program at 7219 North Lincoln Avenue. Nurse practitioners or clinical specialists are available 4days a week at both centers for full service primary care including examinations, treatment, counseling, referral and some laboratory testing.
Thresholds South hours by appointment preferred or walk in.
