Thresholds North

On the North Side is an IHC Center is located in the Lauren Juhl Thresholds Young Adult Program at 7219 North Lincoln Avenue. Nurse practitioners or clinical specialists are available 4 days a week at both centers for full service primary care including examinations, treatment, counseling, referral and some laboratory testing.
