The Center for Research Facilitation provides the following services to support faculty and student research in the college.

1. Career consultations for new faculty. Learn more

2. Proposal Consultation

  • Design, methods, power calculations, analysis
  • Think Tanks: Strategic planning sessions held throughout the research process. They are used to brainstorm proposal direction or about how to respond to an RFP. Learn more
  • Mock Reviews: Represents a funding agency’s review process, particularly NIH. Used to identify areas for strengthening the aims, background, and methods. Learn more

3. Proposal Preparation

  • Budget preparation
  • Application formatting and editing
  • University grant processing

4. Proposal Implementation

  • Statistical support (programming and analysis)
  • Data management
  • Language translation referral
  • Editing/consultation for manuscripts

5. Research seminars and workshops

6. Library of software, methods/statistics books

7. Identification of grant funding resources

8. Small funds for faculty research
