A Wig-Wag signal Apparently the managers of the district thought them significant enough to include them in their publication describing and promoting the district. The most likely reason for "show-casing" one of these warning signals was the district's emphasis on safety, probably meant to convey that costs due to injured workers or to civil suits were actively being minimized.
