Continuing UIC graduate student in good standing with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 out of 4.0 who has attended UIC for at least one semester.
Paper authored by you in the past three years while a graduate student at UIC that contributes to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender research/scholarship.
Letter of Reference indicating significance and quality of paper.

Paper Submission:
Submit four (4) copies of a paper authored by you in the past three years and while a graduate student at UIC that contributes to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender research/scholarship. If the paper is co-authored, all authors must apply and any award would be shared.
Letter of Recommendation:
Please include a sealed letter of recommendation from an advisor or other faculty member who can address the significance and quality of your work. The letter of recommendation may explain why the paper is significant to LGBT scholarship.
