Many of the workshops will take place at Argonne National Laboratory. Most of the conference activities will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Chicago. The Conference Center is adjacent to the hotel, and adjacent to the Illinois Center Buildings near Michigan Avenue.

The hotel is organized in colored-coded layers, and Registration is on the Gold level adjacent to Grand Ballroom F and Columbus Hall.

The workshops at the Hyatt and scientific sessions, will take place in a set of rooms along Columbus Hall and the Grand Ballroom on the Gold level of the East Tower. The exhibition hall and the poster session will be directly below in the East Riverside Exhibition Center; it is located on the Purple level (just below the Gold level), and directly accessible through a staircase adjacent to Columbus Hall.
