APAC Election

The Academic Professional Advisory Committee (APAC) is soliciting nominations from UIC's Academic Professionals to serve on the Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs search committee. APAC respectfully requests that only those individuals who are willing and able to commit to the required time submit the following to apac@uic.edu . Please note that by submitting the requested information the selected nominee is required to serve on this committee and report status updates to the APAC monthly. Self-nominations are acceptable.

• A brief biographical statement including full title(s), unit in which you are at the University, and information about your record of service to the University (e.g., committee membership, participation on major search committees, etc.)
• A 200 word narrative describing why you would like to serve on this search committee, what makes you uniquely qualified to represent APs on this search committee

Voting is open to all academic professionals at UIC. Voting will remain open until Monday, June 21st at 7:00 am.Once voting has ended, APAC will send the name of the candidate who received the most votes to the Chancellor as our AP Representative on the Search Committee.
