New Business

• Vice-Chancellor Walden will be present at the CCSPD Meeting in February
• Snow Removal
• find our guidelines for snow removal
• make sure all entrances and pathways are clear
• find out what grounds people's priorities are as far as snow removal
• DRC will review contracts of outside contractors to make sure language is correct so they clear what needs to be clear
• Campus Master Plan
• Solicitation of idea for Master Plan Urban Planning
• Letter to come from CCSPD for instructors
• Campus Master Plan to include parking, buildings, and corridors
• Letter supposed to go to instructors of class
