Threshold’s Mothers Project

Threshold’s Mothers Project addresses the needs of low income mothers with adjustment problems and mental illness. This program provides mental and physical health care needs of the mother and the child.

CPHP provides nutrition education to young mothers. Young moms are asked to attend one hour monthly Nutrition Session (1st Monday of each month from 1:00-2:00pm). Nutrition Specialist also offers one-on-one nutrition counseling up on request once a month for one hour. CPHP provides information on Infant and Child Nutrition, Physical Activity, Cooking Demo, Stretching Your Food Dollars, etc.
