A: FROM MENTOR MAMIE MOY IN TX
A good place to find the information is www.harvard.edu. Descriptions
of campus life, programs, admission reequirements, etc. are found on
this web page. You can find information for other colleges and
universitites on the internet. Good luck.

A: FROM MENTEE AYUSHI R. IN TX
You asked that you wanted to know some of the requirements and demands to get into Harvard University. Harvard offers a coeducational undergraduate program which welcomes both women and men applicants. The curriculum at Harvard College includes a wide variety of courses in the arts and sciences. If you are currently enrolled in full-time, undergraduate study in the United States or abroad, have a strong academic and personal record, and your intellectual interests will be well-served by the courses offered at Harvard College, you may apply to study here as a Visiting Student. The course catalogue (Courses of Instruction) lists approximately 3,000 course offerings, covering a wide range of subjects from African Studies to Urban Economics and from Astronomy to Vietnamese History. Almost all undergraduate courses are taught by regular members of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, who are distinguished for their research, scholarship, and teaching. Although some courses are taught in lectures with sections, most courses here are taught in groups smaller than twenty, so that Visiting Students have ample opportunity to engage intellectually with faculty and other students.

When you apply, a course catalogue will be sent to you. Except for a few limited enrollment courses and some taught specifically for degree candidates, most of the courses listed in our catalogue, both in the departments and the Core Curriculum, are open to Visiting Students.
