Q: (Initially posted on May 5, 2003) FROM MENTEE SHANNON L. IN NJ
Hi, My question is who do you think is the most important female engineer?

May 7, 2003
A: FROM MENTOR KRIS MOODY IN NH
You are, if you become one! With so few women in engineering today,
every girl and woman who acts on her desire to enter the exciting world of
engineering is guaranteed to make an important impact on all of our futures!

A: FROM MENTOR ANNE LUCIETTO IN IL
There is no engineer more important than another. Most of us work in teams... some of the best engineers I have met are those that remain in the techy end and don't get bundles of recognition! If you are looking for a bit of inspiration... do look women engineers up on the web. There are many!
