Frankly, I don't believe that cell phones are dangerous -
unless you
use one while driving or are driven mad by being forced to
overhear
someone else's loud, inane conversation. The official line
http://www.howstuffworks.com/news-item24.htm
is that there is no good
evidence for harm but that the effects have not yet been thoroughly
studied. The alarmist view can be seen at
http://www.rfsafe.com/research/rf_hazards/health_effects/intro.htm
Just the long list of problems that are claimed to be associated
with
microwave radiation is enough to discredit the fears in my
view.
People are obviously not keeling over on a daily basis; finding
any
association between cell phones and medical problems would
take a
carefully designed and controlled study.
