I don't have a personal recommendation for any particular camps, but I
know time is running out so I did a search on yahoo!. I typed in
technology + summer camp + NY. I got a lot of results, but here are a
couple that looked promising:

www.internaldrive.com at Vassar College
www.summeroncampus.com for the Summer Science Academy at the University
of Rochester
www.emmawillard.org has an all girls program with a technology option.

You may want to repeat the search and see if there is something near
you. Instead of technology in the search, you may try biology or
computers or whatever interests you most. Good Luck!
