I didn't attend the AF Academy here in Colorado Springs but I have worked
with a lot of Academy graduates and had a good friend who graduated from the
Academy in the first graduating class that included women. The Academy can
be an excellent choice for a college education and the campus is certainly
beautiful. I have heard that the coursework is very challenging and the
campus structure is much like the military structure - there are rules and
the cadets are expected to follow them. The Academy has had some bad press
lately that the officials are taking steps to overcome by changes in
personnel and in the way some incidents are handled. I would recommend

to learn more about the school and student life.
