What is LASIK? I know that it is a procedure to correct your
vision, but how exactly does it work. What is the procedure?
is it the best method to correct your vision? and if you have
no other choice but to get LASIK, is it safe? |

The FDA's site http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/lasik/
ought to be
authoritative. My own ophthamologist has had the surgery,
so he
evidently thinks it's safe, and it worked for him. I'm not
quite
vain enough to try it! Yet.
