Hi Julie,
There are now 27 United States Veterinary Colleges. These colleges are
as diverse as the student body. I went to Auburn University in Auburn
Alabama. For me, it was a great match. What are you interested in?
That is, do you want to practice veterinary medicine or do research or
participate in zoo medicine? These are important questions because
affect the choice you make. My best suggestion is to look at the
different areas of the US you are interested in and then investigate
the school in that area. Don't forget you can also study abroad!! Good
