A: FROM MENTOR JUDY LONG IN CO
I got a BS in Math when I was 22 years old and there
were a lot of career options. A Math degree tells an
employer that the person is smart and logical and will
most likely do a good job at both technical and
non-technical fields. Technical fields include
Engineering, Computer Science, Analysis and lots more.
Non-technical fields includes representing a
technical company as a spokesperson or sales rep and
lots more. I've been an Engineer for 20 years and it
has been a very rewarding career. It pays well and
there are usually jobs available if you're a good,
reliable worker. A degree in Math is a great way to
have a successful future!
